The product was completely damaged and leaking when delivered.It was seen that chocolates got opened inside, and is leaking everywhere, and the cover also has got holes and is broken as in photo attached.I throwed it away as it is unhygienic and got spoiled/damaged, and also as discussed with Silkrute.Silkrute conveyed that it might have got damaged in transit or by seller, and they had escalated the issue.I had bought this chocolate many times from Lindt original stores in the past, and they are one of the best chocolates in the world.Its pathetic to see such bad package and handling issues, or the product might have got damaged earlier itself.Such incidents spoil the name of Lindt and Swiss Chocolates.
