Tastes very average for the price and hated the artificial coloring and fake strawberry smell. Max rating a 6/10. Kellogg's nuts delight is way better tasting for about the same price ( weight wise)

The cereal is kinda bland except when you get a bite of black current and or raisins. so, you can add honey or eat it with sweet fruits like banana, papaya, apple, or berries. Although, Quality is great and even the quantity is good. It will definitely satiate your hunger in a healthy way.
