Flax seeds are not beneficial and even dangerous for a healthy intestine. This is the only negative. I like the composition and it’s delicious!

...now they have completely ruined it by adding chocos like flakes. Also, earlier it used to smell like chocolate but now it has a oily smell. I have to check other brands now which is disappointing as I loved Yogabar's protein Muesli.

I've been a consumer of this product for the past year or so and the units that I bought this month are not as good as the ones before. The taste and texture has taken a hit. I order 2 super saver packs every time, so now it feels like I'm stuck with this for two months. I'll be buying a small pack next time and of the quality doesn't improve by then, I'll probably switch to another product.
