When you are buying this you feel like ohh… so much almonds and seeds so it must very nutritious etc… but in reality the taste is really bad (I think because of orange oil) and you are better off just grinding some almonds and seeds and just chewing it because that will definitely taste better than this

Disadvantages
The smell is overpowering even when opening the packet. After eating also leaves the taste for long time. Has more nuts and fruits. But unable to eat it.I don't know how to complete the whole pack.
