??If you want a Healthy breakfast and don't want more calories and you want to eat less but want to feel satisfy after having the food then just go for it.It Tastes like Maggie. One serving of this is just half the calories of one serving of rice. So on days you feel like going low carb , you can have this. However the healthiest substitute still is plain oats. You can prepare masala oats from plain oats also. That way you will be avoiding preservatives added in masala oats..A must try??????

It is nice , bit spicy. I had to mix it with regular oats to make it mild spicy n it was good then. I would say if we add vegetables to it which are just cooked for 3 to 4 mints in open pan then it will be a whole meal.
