Advantages

It has folic acid added instead of folate. Body needs folate. Folic acid stops absorbtion of folate. Flax seeds did not suit me, i feel a little feverish after having. Not to be used for every day use. Once or twice a week.

Advantages

The package I received was tampered with or damaged during transit. After lodging a complaint, I got a refund, although I had requested a replacement. The muesli has a lot more than just muesli. It also seems to have some cornflakes, almonds and pumpkin seeds, which I'm quite happy about ... Tastes decent!

Advantages

The taste is very good. A healthy breakfast for all. Can be made quickly especially when you thinking of something quite healthy.. a whole lot of seeds, grains and dried honey makes the meal awesome to eat. Really Loved it!??

Advantages

Contains loads of seeds and dry fruits, very tasty. I alternate between this, the no added sugar and the fruit and Nut variants. Taste is awesome, it's crunchy and healthy. I hope true elements makes a no added sugar variant of this seeds and berries Muesli that would be great.
