This particular brand of oats is 'rolled' in the true sense of the term.Tastes very good.only has to wash it thoroughly before cooking and if upma is made out of it one needs to soak and rinse it.

Go for it. Much better than other forms of oats.This is the first rolled oats brand that I have tried.Not sure of other brands of this category. But m not a fan of oats but still once I tried this. I loved it.So will recommend it. Packaging is also good comes with zip lock.

Advantages

These oats can be best used before 12 months from the date of packaging. It's written on the package. They also give you a packet with the zip-lock bag, so that you can keep the oats moisture-free once you lock the bag. Within 10 months since the packaging date and 8 months since I opened it, it got infested with some insects even though I kept it in the zip-lock bag carefully.The second one I purchased smells odd and have more impurities as compared to the previous one.

These oats have become my staple food. I lost around 5kgs after I started consuming these oats. I make oats cheele, oats upma.The only drawback is that they are not prewashed and one cannot grind them dry.

I use this for making upma and it really doesn't get much mushy like quick cooking oats. And yes, it does take a little longer to cook completely. But it's really good. One more thing is that this pack that comes with ziplock really keeps it airtight and fresh.

I was recommended this brand by my gym trainer and that lot of other gym colleagues have been using this product from quite a long time, it tastes pretty well if u make it on milk with honey, or try it with water and little cinnamon powder before your workout, it indeed is great source of energy

I never liked eating oats, until I found a sweet recipe online that showed me the correct way of preparing them with honey, milk, yoghurt, etc. Since then, it has become one of my favorite breakfast meals. Not to mention, these rolled oats are cheaper in quantity (while offering the same quality) compared to Muesli.Most people prefer Muesli as it is readily mixed with all the ingredients (like dried fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, etc.), but if you can spare a couple of minutes to group all the relevant ingredients (including fresh fruits) with these rolled oats, then it would be worth the taste and health! Plus, it would be lighter on the pocket!
