Received fresh stock, have tried other oats from ; Quacker,Patanjali,Saffola.I'ld rate them as :1.Eco valley2.Patanjali3.Quacker4.SaffolaThese oats have more protein and fiber compared to other oats, taste is neutralAs a quick bite, i have oats milkshake -200 ml milk,1 tsp honey,5 tsp oats. These oats dissolve completely, no residue behind.Patanjali oats have slight residue left behind. I think, this is due to variation in -grade / country of origin etc.

So, i had been using these for more than a year since they are much cheaper than other major brands like quaker and Kellogg's.Last month, i ordered Quakers ones and found out that they were fuller and big flakes like rolled oats while these are just tiny broken down flakes that I have been consuming for a long time now.The consistency when you prepare them is therefore different and I don't like them anymore. It's like the difference between broken cashews and whole cashews. Won't buy these anymore!
