It has fairly a good amount of dry fruits. I have a problem of blueberries getting stuck on my teeth when I eat this cereal. It tastes very good. I just finished 1kg. Every thing about this is good. Except the price of course. If money is not a problem for you. I suggest you try this. It's very nice and healthy.I have added an image see for yourself how much dry fruits you can find.

If are getting it under rs.600 just go for it. It's a value for money.It has all the necessary ingredients which you'll love like almonds, cranberries etc. However I don't like the dried dates inside and too much of black raisins. But you will like the strawberry flavor that I can guarantee.

I just happen to like the weird taste of this muesli and mix fruit combo. I ordered it just out of curiosity to check how it will taste and coincidentally I love it(You might not, though).The fact that it is sugar free makes it a good choice for starting the day out with a high energy food even for diabetics. The raisins are in minimal quantity though, but still they balance out the taste well so I have no complains there. Along with oats and wheat I did notice pieces of almond and other nuts in this muesli. You can have it with hot or cols milk as per your taste and can even eat it raw as a snack, but I would recommend trying it with cold milk because for me that tastes better.All in all a good high energy healthy snack. Would've been a hit if the price was a bit lower, and hence removing a star.Hope this helped.
