Alpino Super Oats are pretty good - I think the best in terms of the nutritional benifts they offer in the Indian market. They are pretty yummy too - 4 stars because I am not a huge fan of tough oats. These might be difficult for younger and older folks to enjoy as they are difficult to chew right out of the box. You'll have to let them soak for a while to soften them up slightly.
