Not so sweet that is good. Oats were chunky not even size. That is only think I didn't like. It has chocolate flavour. Easy to make. Makes tummy full. High protein value is only thing in mind while buying it. I will definitely buy more.

I've been using Alpino High Protein Super Oats for several months now and have always loved this product. But the recent upgrade is pretty disappointing. They have added a few almonds and raisins but the taste has downgraded. Would highly prefer the older version.
