It is sufficient to provide vitamin, nutrients and protein to your body.Every healthy cereals which one can never imagine is present in this yoga bar. I have one thing I would tell.1. I ordered this a week ago after coming across mostly positive reviews. I was disappointed before I could even open it; the package was beaten in at the corner but luckily the energy bars weren't damaged.'Breakfast protein':I say energy bars and not protein bars because each bar packs only 8g of protein and over 200 cals. A quality protein bar packs atleast 20g of protein and this particular product isn't even close to that. Yogabar sells as 20g variety, but it's unaffordable(Rs.100/bar).Taste: It tastes like wholegrain and nuts and sugar. There are 4 flavours and none of them are tasty.Bottom line: If you aren't looking for taste but just some way to get energy before a workout/activity, buy this. It's reasonably priced, better than everything else in the same price range. Take a look at flat tummies protein bar while you're here.

In hotels and restaurants you get breakfast as early as 7 am in the morning and lunch usually starts by 11 -12 in the noon but when it comes to home majority of us can't prepare healthy breakfast so early...we can only have breakfast by 8:30 or 9 am only...it is difficult for an early riser like me who wakes up by 4:30 or 5 am hence I have adopted for alternative simple and ready to eat breakfast like cereals with milk, bread jam, ready to eat processed foods, recently I bought the protein bar. it definitely fills my stomach and keeps me hunger-free till lunchtime.If you are a busy person and time is precious for you then it is a quick hunger fix. taste is fine and also fills up your stomach you won't feel hungry after snacking on it for few hours. (i personally have a glass of milk and breakfast protein bar)Love the product and will buy it again. Thanks.one small suggestion to Yogabar if possible please create a monthly product with 15 or 30 bars or a family pack with bars sufficient for 15 days with some discounted price.

Branding and packing were perfect. I received the box in perfect condition. Looking at the nutritional information the bars seems to be healthy as its made using only healthy items. The only thing i was a bit disappointed was with the amt of calories. Around 200 calories with just 6-7 gm proteins so the rest is fats and carbs.I also checked out other yoga bar protein bar which has high protein but still the amt of protein when compared to calories is less so most of the calories come from fats and carbs.Provided with the fact that this is a healthy bar compared to other brands i am giving 5 stars. I just hope yogabar does something about calories as end of the day calories matter a lot for fitness enthusiasts.

Its one of best products available in this category these days. I recently switched from other brand to this brand. And I am wuite satisfied. If you travel or work out and sometimes couldn't get enough time for the meals just keep this one in your pocket and think no more. It has good taste , good amount of protein and it is pocket friendly as well. First i ordered its multigrain bar and than this breakfast protein bar and i am satisfied with both. Recommended to all !

These are the best Protien Bar you can have currently in the market, these are very good and Fibre and Protien Rich!There are no Preservatives in them and are made naturally.Each bar is of 50 g and have 8g Protien in each. Almost all the ingredients used are natural.
