Actually I’m on a diet, trying to cut down some body fat% so i was in search for some carb sources which could provide satiety, but this product provides least amount of satiety.. i feel hungry as hell just after 3-4 hours even after eating 100g of raw measured of this... WHITE RICE IS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!
