I generally don't write reviews irrespective of positive or negative feedback after buying a product and if it's negative, I generally avoid buying the same product again.So I bought this back less than 20 days ago and was using for gym, I used to carry a 500ml waterbottle, a small towel and a pair of shoe, adding everything it won't even be closer to 1KG yet the shoulder strap was torn on one side of the bag, the thread has come out and I'm very much disappointed with muscleblaze and I don't think I'll ever buy a product from this brand.When you charge us a high price for your product you must meet the expectations, I would be more than happy to go for other brands, @muscleblaze first serve your customers a quality bag and then expect them to stay with you.
