Product is good , but I'm not sure what happened thread came out from chain and now I can't use it anymore and I have seen difficulties while wearing it because thread is too small

The product is good. Kundan is good and looks shiny as well. However the life of the product would be less as they have used thread instead of metallic wire to sew all the pieces together. Further I would have given 5 stars if the packing would have been more sturdy. The way they packed the product is not acceptable . If you wish to gift it to someone please make sure to open it and repack again using PU foam sheets. It had three pieces, earrings, necklace and maang tika. And all the pieces have the same shine and quality. I am attaching multiple photos for better understanding.

The piece was nice (looking wise, and lightweight, too) but I received a broken piece, and look at the thread, it's too small to go over someone's head, so I returned it. If the seller increases the thread length, then maybe worth buying
