Not much satisfied with the quality of the product it's just a simple one and not so attractive hence about the packaging hope you see the authenticity card how it looks in the images after seeing it I just got a redicules feeling to gift someone with this authenticity card As per my experience with GIVA is not at all satisfied I am not happy however it's an emergency I did something and gifted it we believe we get an quality product for what we pay but it's not worth what I paid it's just waste of money.

After hardly 3-4 days use the gold plating wiped off on its own. I requested for a replacement which is pending since 15 days nor they have refunded the money.... DO NOT BUY ... TOTAL SCAM... UNWORTHY PRODUCT. The customer care is pathetic... My 1900rs is cheated ... Poor service... Poor product
