First of all, put the hanger in place. Standard size hangers don’t fit snugly and it tore the side. There are 7 rows of 4 pockets. The pockets could have been smaller to fit in one pair of earrings but now i has to put at least 4 pairs in each as have a large collection. The fabric therefore doesn’t remain stiff and it sags a bit. Now worried it will give way completely as the hanger tore it! Will wait and see. Make sure check it your cupboard can fit the length of it before you hang it up. The straps for the necklaces should be alternating instead of lined up one exactly below the other so they are more visible and don’t get tangled
