I trusted this brand but it turned out to be disappointing in terms of its quality. This bracelet is made up of so called 925 sterling silver but it caught rust in just 4 months after using it hardly twice. It was kept in the provided box safe in dry air conditions but still it got rusted. After spending around Rs. 1500, I am looking forward to get a refund from Giva. I request Silkrute to escalate this complaint to Giva and get the needful done.

After 2 occasions of wearing it, the bracelet is already losing its color. The bracelet has neither been exposed to water, lotion, perfume or agents of any kind which would make it lose color. This is not upto the standard of previous my GIVA purchases.At first glance, the bracelet was pretty but the quality turned out to be very bad and definitely NOT WORTH the money spent.

First of all what is shown in picture it is not at all that big in reality. It is so tiny that almost invisible on your hand. Not at all worth buying. Quality is also very cheap. It has started losing all the shine and rose gold polish in just a week. Very very bad quality. I have purchased many items from Giva but after this purchase i am not going to buy anything from this brand
