Honestly i expected it to make my beard feel soft. Intead the cream is like a sticky gel which keeps the hair hard. You will feel the itchiness and stickiness on the neckafter applying this on the beard. Not sure to make the beard soft we need to apply this for few minuted and then wash it off ? Also it doesn't smell pleasent

I have a nice length beard and I have tried many products to keep my beard soft. This beard "softner" does anything but soften your beard, you might feel slightly soft beard right after applying it but in 15 minutes your beard will be harsh and dry.(I tried applying different amounts of the product and the result was the same) I have better result on beard by using just baby shampoo for washing it and beard oil. Maybe this didn't work for me because of my beard texture, I am not an expert so I cannot tell for sure.

It has been really long since I have been wowed by a product, and this one was just out of this world. I knew about this product for a very long time, but never bought it. my beard has grown to be handful, and probably some online ad (and a fantastic price on Amazon) was finally able to seduce me on my birthday. The product arrived today morning just as I was getting ready for office, and gave me a perfect reason to try it. And wham!!! Was I blown over!! It is almost eight hours since I have applied it, and it is still doing its job quite nicely. Worth every penny!!
