I'm not a regular user but i'm seeing some slight improvement but most of the guys would get disappointed with the results, i think it contains less concentration of the drug which it is supposed to have . If you search online you will know about this drug, similar to rogaine maybe. Might work if you commit to this till you finish it. Still the chances are too slim.
