It is smooth as a velvet and glides like butter on the lips without making the lips dry at all. A single swipe gives the hint of the color and to get a nice opaque finish, you just have to apply the second coating and you good to go for the whole day. Moreover it is reasonably priced.

Please don't buy - the seller is sending the newer forever you - which is not purple or violet or berry colour - it is in fact a rather very disappointing dark pink - what a waste - DONT BUY - I BLAME THE SELLER FOR NOT UPLOADING THE CORRECT PICTURE OF THE LIP STICK - Its of no use to me and I cant even return it - WHAT A WASTE !!! PATHETIC!!! These sellers should be banned from Silkrute - you can see what I got is completely different from Silkrute pics and I cant even return it

I am using this colour for the last two years. If I am looking for a light party makeup then I may put this on. But it has a Matt finish so makes my lip dry after sometimes and in winters it chapped too. So I prefer to put on a lip balm before applying it to prevent dryness.It’s not exactly vibrant red or pink. The colour is a thin line between pink and red; can say more on the side of the red.4 star cos after few hours I need to reapply it as a Matt and cos of its dryness.

color is amazing..suits on my complexion which is wheatish..its somewhere between matte and creamy for oily skinned. lip liner is must along with this lipstick. at all satisfied with the packaging..it was smudged at the top of the cap and it is slightly bend because it was mishandled. i gave 4 stars for the product but would give 1 star for the packaging.

I've always wanted a really red (more like red!) lipstick but have shied away from it for various reasons - I am not really much of a lipstick person, never wear it to work, I am very clumsy with makeup in general but most importantly, I never seemed to find the right shade of red.Then I thought I'd give this one a stab.The colour of this lipstick is a dream - it is EXACTLY what it says - hot! The red is fiery and absolute perfection (think Taylor Swift). It goes on smoothly and stays on - the latter is almost a problem because it is hard to take it off...some tint remains for many many hours. The finish is matte which tones the colour down to even work/everyday-acceptable, and it is nice and creamy in texture. It does come off with beverages though, and gets a bit dulled.This is the first time I tried Colorbar and I am very impressed!
