Terrible manufacturing, received the product with the entire length of the balm lodged into the cap of the lip balm case, obviously one isn't expected to settle it back into its position and use it?! The case is quite faulty too, doesn't smoothly roll the balm up & down, had to dump two out of the 3 purchased, for the balm itself it seems quite moist, but I cannot comment since I've not used it yet, leaving this review so that buyers know that they might receive faulty products. Felt like a waste, especially when the seller is selling it in a collective of 3, I'd rather purchase 1 Body Shop lip balm than try to purchase such faulty products at a relatively cheaper price.

It has weird smell of vanilla and shea butter which is very strong and unbearable to me. The product is not long lasting have to reapply every hour. Texture is good. Will not recommend to thode who are allergic to strong smell.

I've used a Mom's co lip balm before and I liked it. The one I'm using now is not good, doesn't provide moisturization and is very dry. It doesn't glide smoothly like butter. This is my experience -- not good. It also has poor build quality, the stick that spins the balm out shakes and makes a weird noise ??
