Terrible manufacturing, received the product with the entire length of the balm lodged into the cap of the lip balm case, obviously one isn't expected to settle it back into its position and use it?! The case is quite faulty too, doesn't smoothly roll the balm up & down, had to dump two out of the 3 purchased, for the balm itself it seems quite moist, but I cannot comment since I've not used it yet, leaving this review so that buyers know that they might receive faulty products. Felt like a waste, especially when the seller is selling it in a collective of 3, I'd rather purchase 1 Body Shop lip balm than try to purchase such faulty products at a relatively cheaper price.

Great lip balm, best for winter & mostly for staying indoor, ... Note - no spf , so better to take extra protection when going out in direct sunlight, in such case, a more expensive product with spf is advised.
