Tried the new L’oreal Crystal Serum at the recommendation of a friend. I have used SKII FTE in the past and I love the product for how it felt on my skin, but it was terribly expensive. Was surprised to get a similar experience from the Crystal serum at much lesser price! Feels totally non oily (for someone like me who hates having things on her face), yet hydrating, and makes my face feel fresher, brighter as soon as I put it on. I’m going to replace this with the serum I apply before my moisturiser, as it feels much lighter on my skin.

I am writing this review after 3 seasons of daily use : I started using in winter Jan 2020, used in summer as well as monsoon n now its Oct 2020. I have oily skin not combination skin n my observations are as below : For oily skin - this will not affect in first 2-3 days but after 4 days or so your skin will become more oily during daytime (I used only at night). So in summer n monsoon u need to take a break every 3-4 days to prevent too much oiliness. My skin had become quite dull in summer due to negligence n lockdowns but this serum helped perk up my skin to a large extent. However I will add here that it helped curb the dullness a little, not give a healthy glow. So after 8 months of use, I was wondering why I am not getting the "glow" others talked about. Then I decided to supplement my skin care with herbal remedies. I started using face packs of rice water n orange peel powder, rice water n neem-licorice powder. Exfoliation twice a week helped. As the serum was making my face oily, i rubbed ice cubes on my face twice a day. Especially at night before applying the serum. This combination technique helped a LOT n now my skin glows. So the serum is not enough by itself for very dull skin, do support it with home made packs. I guess for combination skin or moderate dullness, it works solo.

"Nice product. It can brighten the face marks but takes long time to brighten." It was my review after using 1 month. But now after using 5 months I can tell that this product makes my skin more darker and dull than before. May this product has a bad effect in long term use due to the presence of chemical in it.

Must buy... Because it is very useful for sensitive skin.. my skin is very sensitive and dry... This product can be used for both dry and oily skin.. bcz it's an waterbased serum.... It penetrate into the skin suddenly .... But I don't feel like it reduces our skin problems or repair ur skin.. but it's ah nice moisturizer... That's it

product is same as shown...its watery in consistency ..gets quickly absorbed as told & immediately u can feel the diffrence in skin texture but i feel d effect fades away..u need to add moisutrize & sunscreen along with it ,its not replacement for moisturizer as i thought...there is no smell at all... my skin is oily which is slightle better with this not as i expected, using since 3mths
