I have purchased this cream number of times in past. It is the must for me. It really cleaned my pimples and like overnight treatment for my acne and pimples. Sometimes it just vanishes my pimples in 1st application sometimes it does not. I do not have acne prone skin but I get pimples or zits occasionally and for it, i found it helpful.
