product's seal was broken or cut, as you can see clearly in the given images. this is unacceptable, a brand like Silkrute shopping platform must take necessary action against this kind of complaints, since these products are quite sensitive related to your skins and all and these kind of irresponsibility towards their consumers can cause severe damage to their skin and health . overall the product is good.
