Its just blue in colour. It doesn't cool. It doesn't help much in facial. May be it will clean face it you don't maintain your skin much and keep them clean. So suitable for those who never did facial in a long time. But otherwise it causes a bit of iiritation in skin, like burning sensation. So please avoid. Even if there are 100 positive reviews, don't take a chance on buying it if you have sensitive skin. There are far better products at cheaper price available. I bought it because my daughter insisted me to buy something blue. ??
