It is a very hydrating under eye cream, but then again, so is every other moisturizer. I did not see any difference in my under eye bags or dark circles. Have been using it for a while, but I am yet to see any change. Although it is extremely cheap, but that is worthless if it doesn't do what it promises to do.

Wasted hard-earned money on this, terribly disappointed in myself. We don't actually need a separate eye-cream, our moisturizers will do. It was okay on the first application. After that, never been able to use it. Gives a stinging/burning sensation!! Do not buy!!!!
