It is a very hydrating under eye cream, but then again, so is every other moisturizer. I did not see any difference in my under eye bags or dark circles. Have been using it for a while, but I am yet to see any change. Although it is extremely cheap, but that is worthless if it doesn't do what it promises to do.

This product is really effective for me. I work in night shifts. I can feel skin under my eye becoming dark day by day. First product I tried is this one and believe me it works. There is no trace of dark circle under my eye. Its suits my budget as well. PS : My under eye area was not so dark before using this product. If you are having more darker skin this product will take time before you get results.
