There is no trace of dark circle under my eye. Its suits my budget as well. PS : My under eye area was not so dark before using this product. If you are having more darker skin this product will take time before you get results.

But this time as the pictures attached prove, the cream is in a very bad condition, dry and unusable. I regret having patronized VLCC products. This is the last time I have bought it and henceforth will never recommend to friends.
