It removes the hair. That means it does it's job. You are required to leave it on for about 5 minutes. However, when you spray it on, after a while the foam starts to become liquidy and starts to slide down making things a little messy.They say you can wipe it off after 5 mins. But if you wipe it with a towel then you have to sit and wash the towel. If you use a paper napkin or tissue it is another headache. I used a plastic spatula that came with another brand to remove the watery foam with hair and then had a bath. Not as clean as they show in videos.This one smells a little better than the other brand that I had.
